NOVUM Hospitality remains in family hands more than 35 years after the company was founded in 1988. At that time, Nader Etmenan demonstrated entrepreneurial foresight when he focused on tourism and founded the first hotels in the traditional district of St. Georg, near Hamburg's Outer Alster Lake. Today, the heart of NOVUM Hospitality still lies in the St. Georg district. The family members are now the second generation to run the company centrally from the headquarters.

The first of our hotels opened in the heart of Hamburg's city center, in the St. Georg district. This location makes the hotels attractive for tourists and business travelers. NOVUM Hospitality is also following this example in other cities: To this day, most of our hotels can be found in city centers and are perfectly accessible by public transport accessible by public transport. This is also the reason why we have no season in the cities and are almost always fully booked.
