Administration includes reservations, revenue management, marketing & sales, accounting, personnel management and IT. An effective flow of the processes as well as a lean cost structure can be guaranteed by the centralization of the administration.

Samira's passion is architecture and interior design. As a strategist, she is responsible for the holistic project and property management and the interior design with a 360° approach. As a creative mind, she brings our hotel brands to life and, together with her team, implements both property developments and revitalization projects.

As the driver of our digital orientation, Oksana focuses on the further development of our innovative, powerful and scalable IT infrastructure and system architecture. With a focus on an optimal digital guest journey, she makes a future-oriented contribution to the optimization of our business processes.
