The NOVUM Hospitality Price Guarantee with Money Back Promise applies to internet offers. Excluded are bookings with contract partners, offers from special price agreements of companies or bonus programs, vouchers and sweepstakes, bookings from Internet auctions and bookings in which the hotel was not known at the time of booking.
Simply contact NOVUM Hospitality by e-mail at email@example.com for the cheaper offer and we will refund the difference. Your notice must be received by NOVUM Hospitality within 24 hours of your booking, but best before you make a firm booking.
The cheaper offer must apply to an equivalent room at the hotel you have booked. Important is the same arrival and departure date, the same conditions and the up-to-date comparability within 24 hours.
Please check again beforehand if everything is correct:
- same arrival and departure date?
- same room category?
- same meal service (for example breakfast)?
- same terms of payment, same information about currency and taxes?
- same cancellation policy?
- daily updated price comparison
For the adjustment of your booking, we only need the following information by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your full name, booking period, hotel, room category, contact details e-mail and / or telephone under which we may contact you as well as the Internet address (eg www.yxz-reisen.de) and corresponding screenshots of the cheaper offer on which you found the cheaper offer to have. If you have already made a booking for the period, please provide additional booking number (you will find this on your booking confirmation).
We ask for your understanding that we can not take into account incomplete emails, offers on different terms and offers that are no longer bookable. Furthermore, bookings with arrival on the day of booking are excluded.
Important: As part of the NOVUM Hospitality Price Guarantee, after checking the alternative offer, you will receive a new booking confirmation with the cheaper room rate. Your booking at NOVUM Hospitality will remain. Booking the alternative offer is not required and will result in a double booking, which may not be refundable, depending on the booking conditions.
If possible, please contact NOVUM Hospitality regarding the cheaper offer before making firm bookings at a higher price.
